These balloons are made from 100% natural latex, not plastic: thus they are biodegradable and decompose as fast as an oak leaf. The latex is harvested from rubber trees that grow in rain forests. Latex harvesting discourages deforestation and does not harm the tree; a rubber tree can produce latex for up to 40 years.
When choosing your latex balloon colors, we recommend that your choose balloons from the same color groupings. Example: choose all pearl colors or all standard colors. Balloons filled with helium are temporary and have an average flying time of 10 to 48 hours depending on size and shape. Latex balloons can float up to 25 times longer if they are treated with a flight extender such as Ultra Hi-Float. These balloons come in a variety of sizes from 5" to giant cloudbuster size of 8 feet.
Printed latex balloons add fun to balloon decor and bouquets. They do not come in as many sizes as solid color latex balloons, but the design options make for unlimited possibilities.
Specialty balloons or entertainer balloons come in various sizes, shapes and colors. Not all specialty balloons can be filled with helium.
